Your abstract must be submitted by due dates. Follow Chicago Style Citation

Delegates who intend to present a paper are invited to specify the title together with a 300-500 words abstract in English. Notification of acceptance will be emailed to you within a week of submission.

If your abstract is accepted, you can focus on preparing your manuscript for publication.The manuscript – subject to peer review process – must be submitted by the due dates according to specific deadlines outlined in each relevant conference.
